EstimateAI provides AI-generated cost estimates for informational purposes only. All estimates are approximate guides and are not fixed quotes, professional valuations, engineering certifications, building inspections, mechanical inspections, legal advice, financial advice, or guarantees of final cost.
Final pricing, safety, compliance, and suitability must be confirmed by qualified contractors, suppliers, inspectors, engineers, valuers, or other relevant professionals before making any decisions.
Credits are consumed when an estimate is generated. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Purchased credits do not expire. Subscription credits reset monthly and do not carry over.
You are responsible for providing accurate information. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI, or use outputs for any illegal purpose.
Files you upload are processed securely and used only to generate your estimates. We do not share your files with third parties. Files may be retained for a limited period to support your estimates and then deleted.
EstimateAI is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated estimates. We are not responsible for any financial loss, property damage, personal injury, or other harm arising from use of the platform.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
