We collect your email address and name when you sign up. We collect files and descriptions you upload to generate estimates. We collect usage data such as estimate history and credit consumption.
Your data is used solely to provide the EstimateAI service — to generate estimates, manage your account, process payments, and send account-related emails. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
Files and descriptions you upload are sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic) to generate estimates. These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not use your uploaded content to train AI models.
Uploaded files are stored securely in private cloud storage (Supabase). Only you can access your files. Files are retained while your account is active and deleted when you delete your account or request deletion.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe handles all payment data under their own security and privacy standards.
We use Supabase (database and storage), Anthropic (AI), and Stripe (payments). Each operates under their respective privacy policies.
You can request a copy of your data, correction of your data, or deletion of your account at any time by contacting our support email.
