How can we help you?
How accurate are the estimates?
Accuracy depends on the information provided. With dimensions, location, quality level, and clear photos, estimates are typically within 15–30% of real quotes. The confidence score shown on each estimate indicates reliability.
Does it replace getting a real quote?
No. myEstimateAI gives you a structured guide to understand costs before approaching contractors. Always get professional quotes before committing to any project.
What files can I upload?
Photos (JPG, PNG, WEBP), PDFs, drawings, DXF files, Excel/CSV material lists, and Word documents. Maximum 50MB per file, up to 10 files per estimate.
How are credits used?
Credits only for what you generate. An estimate costs the sum of the AI models you pick (more/stronger models = more credits, higher accuracy); each generated document (report, tender, invoice, etc.) costs a set number of credits, and AI edits to a document cost a few. Uploading files, answering questions and previewing are free — you only spend on generation. The cost is always shown before you run it.
Can I get a refund?
Credits are non-refundable once consumed. If an estimate fails to generate due to a platform error, credits are not charged. Contact support for any billing issues.
Is my data private?
Yes. All uploaded files are stored in private, encrypted storage. Only you can access your files and estimates. We do not share your data with third parties.
What currencies and regions are supported?
Pricing benchmarks are location-aware so estimates reflect real local costs. Australian pricing (AUD) is the most finely tuned; other regions and currencies are supported.
Do I need a subscription?
No subscriptions, no lock-in. You buy credits and spend them only on what you generate. An optional monthly auto-top-up is available from Dashboard → Billing if you want a steady balance, and you can turn it off anytime.
